this interface was not designed to make viewers addicted. most of these works, however, were created when I was addicted to prescribed psychiatric medications, namely Xanax and Adderall...
The name of the amalgamation above is with drawing (old me). In case it is unclear what that alludes to, it means the following:
1) made with elements of drawing*, as in a type of art form;
2) me making these artworks while withdrawing from prescribed psychiatric medications, namely Xanax and Adderall;
3) you (maybe?) withdrawing from doom-scrolling after learning tech companies engineered addictive interfaces.
*Not all of these are actually drawings. Nonetheless, all of these (and all of the works on my website) are created by me (a human and not AI).
