the interface above was not designed to make viewers addicted. most of these works, however, were created when I was addicted to prescribed psychiatric medications, namely Xanax and Adderall...
The name of this ‘scroll’ means the following:
1) made with elements of drawing*, as in a type of art form;
2) me making these artworks while withdrawing from prescribed psychiatric medications, namely Xanax and Adderall;
3) you/us (maybe?) withdrawing from doom-scrolling after learning tech companies engineered addictive interfaces.
*Not all of these are actually drawings. Nonetheless, all of these (and all of the works on my website) are created by me (a human and not AI).
